Adobe Hearing Center,
located in Tucson, Arizona, offers a complete line of digital,
programmable and conventional hearing aids with a 40 day evaluation
period. Using internationally recognized hearing aid manufacturers,
Adobe Hearing Center selects only the highest quality hearing instruments.
Hearing aids are evaluated and dispensed by clinically certified
audiologists.
The process of obtaining
a hearing aid is three fold:
- Audiological Evaluation
(Hearing Test)
- Ear Impressions
- Hearing Aid Fitting
and Evaluation Period
Adobe Hearing Center
takes enormous pride and care in providing you with all the information
necessary to have a successful evaluation period. The Hearing Aid
Fitting is much more than the name implies. In addition to fitting
you with your custom instrument, the audiologist will evaluate
your hearing with the hearing aid to determine whether you are
receiving optimal benefit. Following the evaluation and adjustments,
you will receive detailed instructions on the care and maintenance
of the hearing aid. (We recommend that you bring a spouse, friend
or relative with you to your Hearing Aid Fitting appointment for
support and assistance.) At the end of your evaluation period,
Adobe Hearing Center will submit all warranty documents for you.
If additional adjustments are necessary, you can rest assured that
Adobe will take whatever steps are necessary to ensure that you
are satisfied with your hearing product.
If at any time during
the trial period you decide that you do not wish to purchase
the hearing devices, you simply return them and your deposit
will be refunded, minus a non-refundable fitting fee. (The fitting
fee covers the expense and time involved making the impressions
of the ears, as well as the fitting appointment.) For
information about specific hearing aid types and styles, go to Hearing:
Types of Hearing Aids.
Adobe
Hearing Center is able to repair all makes and types of hearing aids,
regardless of where they were purchased. Most hearing aid repairs
are performed off-site and require a 1-2 week waiting period. Minor
repairs are done on-site, while you wait. In the event that your hearing
aid needs to be sent off-site for repair, Adobe Hearing Center may
be able to fit you with a "loaner" model at no charge.
