Hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings and consultations are made by scheduling an appointment with our receptionist. If you have insurance and your plan requires a referral, please contact your primary care physician.

Adobe Hearing Center, located in Tucson, Arizona, understands how important your hearing aids are to you and will try to accommodate urgent hearing aid problems. Please call our receptionist to ensure an audiologist or audiology assistant will be available to help you.

Referrals
Most insurance plans require a referral from your primary care physician prior to your evaluation. Some insurance plans require pre-authorization, other plans accept a note from the physician, and some patients may self-refer. If you are not sure how to be referred to Adobe Hearing Center, contact your plan's patient assistance phone number.

Insurance
Adobe Hearing Center currently accepts the insurance plans in the chart below. If you do not see your insurance plan on this list, please call our office at (520) 322-8211. We may be able to make the necessary arrangements for you to be seen at Adobe Hearing Center.

Payment
Adobe Hearing Center will file insurance forms for all of the providers listed above. If your plan requires a co-payment, please be prepared to make this payment on the date of your visit. If you are paying for your own hearing evaluation or hearing product, we request that you pay for your office visit on the day of service. Hearing Aids require a deposit on the date of the order; balance payments are due at the hearing aid fitting appointment. For your convenience, Adobe Hearing Center accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
