Take I-19 north, then I-10 west. Take the Grant Road exit, turn Right (east). Continue on Grant Road to Country Club. Turn Right on Country Club. A brightly colored medical complex, Country Club Professional Plaza, is on the left, the North East corner of Country Club and Seneca.

From Phoenix, Marana or Other Northern Communities
Take I-10 east. Take the Grant Road exit and turn left (east). Continue on Grant Road to Country Club. Turn Right on Country Club. A brightly colored medical complex is on the left, the North East corner of Country Club and Seneca. Enter from Country Club.
